Who we are
The Canadian Coalition on Climate Change and Development (C4D) is a coalition of international development and environmental organizations working together to share knowledge and take concerted action to address climate change.
The mandate of C4D is international in focus, although occasionally domestic climate change issues, particularly Canadian adaptation practice, may be relevant to the coalition’s work.
Climate change is already harming the world’s most vulnerable people. To help them emerge from poverty, Canadian development organizations and their Southern partners must change how they design programs to ensure resilience and sustainability.
